Nigeria Banking Law Reports

“The Nigerian Banking Law Reports, first of its kind in Nigeria is a publication of the NDIC. There are currently twelve editions in print which are available for sale. The twelve editions contain decisions of the Failed Banks Tribunal established under the Failed Banks ( Recovery of Debts) and Financial Malpractices in Banks Act of 1994 as amended and appeals from those decisions to the Special Appeal Tribunal, covering the period 1994 to 1999 before the Failed banks Tribunal was abolished and its jurisdiction transferred to the Federal High Court.

The Corporation has commenced production of the Report in form of a compendium that will contain all decisions on Nigerian Banking Law and related matters delivered by all superior courts of record since 1933 - 2004. The volumes would be accompanied by comprehensive indexes .
